Work for 20 seconds rest for 10 seconds.  Repeat for 4 minutes per exercise.
1. Air Squats

As many rounds as you can get in 20 minutes without keeling over…!

Double Kettlebell Clean + Squat + Press x 5

Bodyweight Blitz

Find a partner.  We will be performing ladders from 1 to 9 reps.  One partner will work while the other rests!
1. Burpees

3. Squats (rest in the down position)
4. Bottom to Bottom Push Ups (start and finish with your chest on the deck)
