Find a partner. One person works while the other rests! Complete 5 Rounds of the following:
1. Double Cleans x 5
2. See-Saw Press x 5/5
3. Double Front Squats x 5
4. Renegade Rows x 5/5
5. Get Up Sit Up
5o Burpees
100 Push Ups
150 American Swings
200 Air Squats
Each round is 3 minutes long. Perform 30 seconds of each exercise without resting.
1. Box Jumps
2. Push Ups
3. Kettlebell Swings
4. Sit Ups
5. Ring Rows
6. Air Squats
Rest for a minute. Repeat for 6 total rounds!!!!
Divide into teams of 3-5. Each team member will draw cards that correspond to exercises until the deck is finished!

Diamonds = American Swings
Hearts = Push Ups
Clubs = Burpees
Spades = Pull Ups
Joker = 10 of all exercises
Ace = 12 reps
Face Cards = 10 reps
Perform an exercise every minute on the minute for 15 minutes per pair. Alternate exercises each minute.
 1A) Thrusters 5/5
1B) Rows 7/7

2A) High Pulls 5/5
2B) Reverse Lunges
Perform as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes. Rest 1 minute. Repeat 5 times!!
3 x Double Cleans
6 x Push Ups
9 x Squats
Perform 30, 20, and 10 repetitions of each exercise. Finish the workout as quickly as possible!
American Swings
Push Press – Left/Right
Swing + Pull + Catch
Burpees
Rows – Left/Right
Sit Ups

Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes perform the following:
Snatches x 5L/5R
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes perform the following:
Push Press x 5L/5R
Every minute, on the minute, for 11 minutes perform the following:
Burpees x 5

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds and switch to the next station. Repeat 6 times!
