Ropes!!!
Perform each movement for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds. Repeat 5 times!

Ball Slams
Finish the workout as quickly as possible, then you can look for your green beer…
Perform the following couplets:
A1)Â Swings 20 reps down to 2 reps
A2)Â Push Ups 2 reps up to 20 reps
B1)Â Thrusters 20 reps (10 per side) down to 2 reps
B2) Burpees 2 reps up to 20 reps
