Classes are approximately 50 minutes in duration and will challenge people of all fitness levels.
Fundamentals is a stepping stone between Elements and the regular classes. The pace is slightly slower than our regular classes and there is more emphasis on quality instruction for each of the basic movements. This class is ideal if you have not worked out for a while, or want to spend some time honing your skills!
First time participants must take Elements prior to attending a regular group class.
