We train in small groups. You will meet some really great people and have a blast in our classes!! Working out with friends is much more fun than working out alone and you get extra motivation and social support from your new workout partners. Group training his literally been proven to be more effective than training alone!
The workouts are challenging, but scalable. Everyone is pushed regardless of their starting fitness level, so no one is ever left out of the group. From beginner to advanced athletes we will give you a great workout. Sometimes we have grandmothers working out with endurance athletes and soldiers. Regardless of ability level all of our members are serious about getting in shape!
