    Looks good for a Monday…..you do know that no one will be talking nicely to you right Colin? Expect a flying 24kg bell while I do snatches….like flying in your general area.

    The only thing that would be better would be watching Sapp do Tabata Burpees!! Don’t worry Colin, he can’t throw that bell far enough to be a threat!
