Work for 50 seconds per station then rotate. Repeat 4 times.

      In regards to my Friday absence: I feel like a wuss of late in the kettlebell arena. It would really help if a) there were more hours in a day, b) SKB opened a location in Portsmouth, or c) a long-lost uncle kicked the bucket and left me a killer inheritance so I could have more “leisure” time.
