    Windmills + a 5-10-15-20 (by the way, where’s the 20?) workout on my day off? You know windmills are one of my faves and that i love this type of workout.

    New rule, on Christian’s day off, no more good workouts. In fact, we should just close the gym on my days off in remembrance and celebration of my mightiness and omnipresent power!
