Sorry I can’t make this one – looks like a great mix! Looking forward to the 630p Thurs workouts to start!!

  2. Ouch! If I’m reading this correctly 10 of each exercise per side, 9 per side, 8 per side, etc. down to 1 per side.

Is it too late to call out sick? Oh well, see you suckers at the 1730!!! Who’s with me?

  3. Warrior Bard says:

Christian, I will be attending the big boy class today at 1630….and at least you didnt have to listen to boom boom pow….or did you? I actually think Colin loves that song, and thats why it plays at least once if not twice every class.

    • We’ve gone over what the 1130 and 1630 classes are. Don’t make me repeat myself. Just make sure you bring your A&D Lotion for your diaper rash. I thin Colin is going to play Rafi for you guys today while you play with your blocks and Thomas the Train table.

As for music, i’m so not with it, I usually have no idea what we’re listening to. It usually all just sounds the same. 96 RPM hip hop beat with some guy claiming to be a playah, some dancy r&b stuff, and then a three musketeers looking rock band. Let’s you, Tony and I take over the airwaves with some classic old school punk!

I worry that people would misunderstand some of the genius of GG Allin or early years Black Flag… Maybe we can ease them in with some MC5…

        • Warrior Bard says:

I agree that there may be some people that would be troubled by the genius lyrics of the self proclaimed king of rock & roll….GG Allin. However, he is a native NH guy, so they may be able to look past it.

I am cool with some old “American Ruse” though……I do love me some MC5!

          • If you allow some Fugazi, which I know you hate, I would allow some GGA, which I personally hate. Black Flag though… hell yes! MC5, yeah! Man, this could start to sound like a classic skateboard video.

          • Warrior Bard says:

I dont hate Fugazi, I just said that because you said you liked them. Even though Minor Threat is much much better.

            How can anyone hate GG?

          • Pitying Fools Like You says:

American Ruse? Not bad but how about Poison, Skunk , or Looking At You? Someone please some MC5 to SKB ‘cos I am ready to testify!

With regards to old friend GG the allure of scatalogical and sociopathic behavior and casual and humorless misogyny goes away for most angry white boys as they enter adulthood. Maybe it’s time to let go of your binky WB.

          • Awe Bard??? You went through all that trouble just for me? Tiskah!!!

And well Played PFLY (aka Hammer). Yeah, I can’t like GG Bard. The music is cool, but then he opens his mouth. My friend’s dad used to play drums for him. Sounds like the man is true to his lyrics and really DOES have it in for little boys. Not Michael Jackson, sleep over and be a little weird style… I mean as distusting as his lyrics.

I usually need to be able to relate with music to like it. I can’t relate with that at all, and as the father of a little boy, can’t help but be appaled.

Unless you can explain GG in a different way to me. Like his lyrics are a metaphor (in bad taste) for something.

  4. Warrior Bard says:

GG did it for shock value my friend….thats all. Pushed the limits of what was accepted in society. He said what he said because no one else will, I think its more of a freedom thing than actually believing what was really coming out of his mouth. To each their own though my friend….I have a little girl and it doesnt change the way I think about music or lyrics therein. Long live the king of rock and roll!
