    Rack hold walk? That sounds like it sucks…..but I kind of wish I was coming tonight so I could experience that pain.

    Today will be 8 consecutive days of workouts (minus Sunday, of course). Gonna try for today and tomorrow just to be able to say I came every day one week. So far the only thing that is hurting is my lower back… I wonder how those rack-hold walks will help that out…

    Sunday, I will sleep for 16 hours.

    Ha – my Captcha is BERF, which is very close to BARF, which a few of us were very close to doing last night.
