1A) Renegade Rows x 5 Left/Right
1B) Clean + Press x 5 Left/Right

2A) Front Squats x 5 Left/Right
2B) Swings x 15

        I dont want my integrity questioned, so I think I will choose to knock out said burpees at the gym…..you know, as part of my “skills.” Just wait until you get back from Hickville, I challenge you to a burpee contest! Whoever pukes first loses!

    I just went to the stupidest class, we lifted the swedish ball with our feet, ooohhhhh! I am spoiled now and can never attend another organized exercise class!! Does that make me a snob?

      I will do 25 each day I am at the gym this week, then 10 on Saturday morning. That will complete my 110 that I owe. I will make sure Amy is present for them all. Look out Steve, the burpee contest will be filmed by Colin for the website. Better be on your A game! We should eat Big Mac’s before the show just to make it more interesting…….yummyyyyyyy!!!!!
