Work for 1 minute per exercise then rest 1 minute. Repeat 3 times!!!

Thruster / Figure 8 to a Hold
Lunges / Rows
Swing + Flip + Catch / Spiderman Push ups
Seated Hot Potato / Cross Body Mountain Climbers

        It doesn’t look stupid. We’re just holding you to your words. Tonight you’ll finish your circuit in 8 minutes. THEN you can do burpees until the rest of us finish. Cool?

    Steve didn’t finish this in 8 minutes. Weak. Just kidding Sharp, you know I think you rock. But seriously Colin, thanks, this was a really cool workout. I think you changed it a little bit for us, ours was a little longer and only repeated once.

    After the first time, I thought we were done, when you said we were repeating, it felt like I had just been diagnosed with the swine flu or someting. But by the time we got into the second round, I got this amazing second wind!!!

    I think all this training is really starting to become noticeable in my performance. I seem to be able to keep up much more than before.
