I did hear that. They were due, for sure. The Pats also pulled off a “W”…even without Wes Welker. Is this Will’s favorite type of workout?
I’d like to point out here that I actually had nothing to do with the creation or endorsement of this workout. That said, it’s growing on me. It doesn’t hurt that I had an improvement in wieght or reps or both on every single exercise listed here over the last time we did it!
It has Turkish Getup’s..therefore this workout sucks…at least in my eyes..sorry Will

So when do we do the Christian 2.0??? Which would include Pistols, Box Jumps, Box Jumps into pistol position, with lots of pushups in between.

To add to Steve’s TGU achievement post above: I saw Christina double get up with 16s, and that’s not a typo.
Pfff I will crush her. I double get upped the other day with the gray bells… and it was easy. I could probably do it with the black bells.
And as for your olive bell, well Will 2.0… I’ll put your name to the test.
Just kidding, that’s really awesome that you TGUd the olive bell, congrats Will! That’s an excellent achievement. You should reward yourself with some pistols followed by burpees… GO!
I hope that t-shirt gets retired at the gym and we can hang it on the wall. After we douse it with lysol of course…
