      I did hear that. They were due, for sure. The Pats also pulled off a “W”…even without Wes Welker. Is this Will’s favorite type of workout?

        I’d like to point out here that I actually had nothing to do with the creation or endorsement of this workout. That said, it’s growing on me. It doesn’t hurt that I had an improvement in wieght or reps or both on every single exercise listed here over the last time we did it!

    TGUs???/ My favorite move (next to windmills and snatches)??? Why oh why did Colin put this on a Monday when he knows i’m out/ I’m always out on Mondays… note to all, you’re not allowed to have good workouts on Mondays. It’s just not fair to me. Capice?

    So when do we do the Christian 2.0??? Which would include Pistols, Box Jumps, Box Jumps into pistol position, with lots of pushups in between.

    There better be something noteworthy in store tomorrow. How about “Princess 2.0″ ha!!! I’ll be expecting something awesome. As awesome as last Thursday that ripped my hand.

    I expect Steve the architect to be there, and for me to put his sorry ass to shame. I also expect to Crush Christina, Intimidate Sharp and Sapp, make Will incredibly jealous, tell Tony about how smelly my gray shirt is (still), and allow everyone else in attendance to bow down to my almightiness.

    There… Colin has his work cutout for him, craft the Princess 2.0 for tomorrow.

      To add to Steve’s TGU achievement post above: I saw Christina double get up with 16s, and that’s not a typo.

        Pfff I will crush her. I double get upped the other day with the gray bells… and it was easy. I could probably do it with the black bells.

        And as for your olive bell, well Will 2.0… I’ll put your name to the test.

        Just kidding, that’s really awesome that you TGUd the olive bell, congrats Will! That’s an excellent achievement. You should reward yourself with some pistols followed by burpees… GO!
