Double. Double.



Grab 2 kettlebells and pick a spot.  We will perform a circuit with 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest.  Repeat 5 or 6 times and enjoy!

1. Double Swings

2. Double Clean and Press

3. Double Front Squats

4. Renegade Rows

5. Get Up Sit Ups
