Seacoast Kettlebell delivers elite fitness to ordinary people living in southern New Hampshire. We are not your average $19.99 a month globo-gym. Our customers receive a whole lot more! If you are looking for the cheapest gym, or bargain hunting, we will happily suggest a few alternatives.
We’re really qualified and we are always seeking to improve our coaching skills through additional training. Certified through CrossFit and other organizations to provide you with outstanding coaching in a small group environment. We are literally the kettlebell experts in New Hampshire. No one else even comes close with kettlebells. We are also trained with barbells, Olympic lifting, and in endurance sports.
Each class you will receive a dynamic warm-up, skills practice, and our infamous workout of the day. You will receive extensive coaching every single workout and will literally be forced to get the best results of your life!
In fact, it may be hard for you to go back to a regular gym after attending a few of our classes! And considering the cost of hiring a one-on-one trainer, our workouts are literally a steal!
